Repetto Eau Florale
A love story between a mother and her son…
In 1947, on the advice of her son Roland Petit, who was then a dancer and choreographer at the Paris National Opera, Rose Repetto creates his first ballet shoes.

She designed a shoe that facilitated the dancers’ movements while improving their comfort thanks to a special technique.

Do you know her secret of manufacturing?
It deals with a technique named “cousu-retourné” (“stitch and turn”): the leather sole is sewn inside out.

A young dancer at the Paris Opera, future international star …
In 1956, another young dancer at the Paris Opera asks Rose Repetto to make her “ballet shoes” to wear on the street, with one important detail: she wanted her toes to peek through. Who was she? Here’s a little hint: after dancing at the Opera, she went on to become an actress and would make a name for herself in Roger Vadim’s film “And God Created Woman”…
Do you know who is she ? Brigitte Bardot

A mythic address…  In 1959, Rose Repetto opened her first boutique which soon became a magnet for the world’s greatest dancers.

The act III is an audacious and luminous concentrate bursting with zest for life.
The Eau Florale spins on stage with a glass infused with a bright sorbet pink.
A soft powdery pink satin ribbon wraps delicately around the bottle.
The acidulous pink box is enlaced with soft powdery pink satin ribbons and stamped with the Repetto charm.

A sparkling and luminous Satin Rose
The top notes are an explosion of energy, gracefully carried by an exquisite pink grapefruit and plum blossom.
Rose gradually reveals itself upon contact with violets. It's a true floral whirlwind that combines with the twirling tutus on stage.
The fragrance leaves a trail with hints of cedarwood aromas.
