Oscar De La Renta is a fashion designer in the Domincan Republic in 1932. In 1977, the fragrance Oscar for women was introduced and remains a worldwide best seller. Bella Blanca was created by the house of Oscar De La Renta with perfumer Richard Herpin and released in 2018.
